I’m Claudia, and I’m so glad you're here.

"Hiclaud" is a playful twist on "hello" and my name—a digital greeting inviting you into my world of health, wellness, and fitness.

Just like the cloud, I’m here to support, inspire, and help you float through life with more energy, confidence, and joy.

As a Certified Level 3 Personal Trainer, I aim to inspire you to live a healthier, more balanced life. I believe that fitness is deeply personal—it should align with your unique needs, lifestyle, and goals.

Whether you're looking to build strength, improve your fitness, or feel more energised, staying active and eating well is the foundation for improved mental clarity, confidence, and overall well-being.

I’m originally from sunny Sicily, but I now live in London, where I’ve embraced a life that revolves around health, fitness, and well-being. For many years, I danced professionally in ballroom dancing, which taught me the power of movement and discipline.

Since moving to London, I’ve discovered how staying active, fuelling my body with wholesome food, and nurturing my overall health have been the keys to building resilience, gratitude, and presence in my life.

Fitness has supported me through life's challenges, helping me cope with anxiety and stress, and it’s become a reason for me to get outside, enjoy nature, and reconnect with the beauty of the human body and human connection.

My approach is all about you.
